For International addresses, Shipping charges may vary depending on your location.

As soon as we receive your order, we will process your item in 2-3 days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Usually 3-5 Days. Due to the high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 1 week for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your investment.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 10% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 10% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date. 

iTech Brands, Inc. has the right to refuse returns that passed the 30 days allowed time after delivery.
